We are looking for a dedicated Logistics and Warehouse Associate to manage the assembly and distribution of high-quality water treatment products.

The responsibilities include efficiently picking orders using RF scanning technology, assembling customer orders, and ensuring a tidy workspace.

As part of your role, you will also be tasked with the timely and precise delivery of water treatment equipment and related accessories to our valued clients.

You will enjoy the independence of being on the road, with the majority of your time spent in the warehouse. In the event that the primary driver is unavailable, you will confidently take on the full delivery route for the day.

This will involve delivering to various locations, each with unique docking and delivery requirements. Each delivery presents a new challenge, and you will not be required to stay overnight.

Proactivity is key, as you will occasionally make deliveries throughout the day. A CDL is not necessary for this position. You are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and take pride in your efficiency and safety.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a warehouse setting and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate an 18' box truck for deliveries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of water treatment products.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles, positioning trucks for optimal loading and unloading.
  • Verify inventory and delivery manifests prior to departure.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and update company systems as necessary.
  • Engage with customers, providing exceptional service.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Report any defects, accidents, or violations.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in a warehouse or delivery role is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and packages.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (e.g., GPS).
  • Willingness to drive for extended periods and travel regularly.
  • Assist in warehouse operations as needed.
