The projects you will engage in are diverse, covering areas such as subscription billing, supply chain management, procurement, sales and marketing, project oversight, payment processes, financial reporting, and revenue recognition. This role is crucial in problem-solving and delivering solutions that have a direct impact on the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Attributes for a Systems Analyst
  • Utilize advanced SQL and Data Warehousing skills to create tailored inter-system invoicing and revenue recognition workflows, dashboards, and automated solutions.
  • Enhance and automate data delivery for our technology sales payment solutions through Business Intelligence (BI) applications like Looker or PowerBI.
  • Employ your experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Internal Auditing, or Sales & Marketing to customize our inter-system data solutions to fit an ongoing sales process.

Qualifications for a Financial Systems Analyst

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Coding and/or Accounting Certifications will also be considered.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or specialized Data Analysis in any of these areas.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience utilizing SQL for problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Analytics and Visualization tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, or Looker (preferred).
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and participating in project teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to reach consensus with peers, explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and provide clear status updates.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with excellent time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 1+ years of SQL experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with BI visualization tools.
