Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Support Associate to enhance our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.
Key Responsibilities
1. Address customer inquiries and deliver effective support and guidance.
2. Resolve customer issues and concerns via phone, chat, and email.
3. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to accurately respond to customer questions.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless customer assistance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is highly preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
- Ability to work fully onsite during designated hours.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM (25 hours/week).
- Potential to increase hours up to 30 per week, with flexibility in daily hours.
