About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Staff to join our team at IMG Academy. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and repair production and facilities equipment as needed.
  • Conduct inventory control to optimize cost-effective operations.
  • Complete special projects as directed by the Senior Property Manager.
  • Install and replace various building components, including lighting fixtures, doors, and cabinets.
  • Monitor and maintain air filters and other building systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, guests, and staff.
  • Assist with grounds work, including trash removal and other tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with outside contractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
Requirements
  • Valid Florida Driver's License or ability to obtain one.
  • HVAC experience and knowledge of OSHA guidelines.
  • Ability to estimate, order, and price materials for work assignments.
  • Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift, move, and push/pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40 lbs.
