Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Retail Operations Supervisor to join our team.
The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in setting a standard for all store personnel by delivering exceptional customer service to various customer segments, including retail patrons, donors, and internal stakeholders. This position is vital in ensuring that the store remains visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized, while also assisting in the timely completion of necessary documentation and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining a clean, inviting, and well-merchandised store environment.
- Support the Store Manager in supervising staff during their absence.
- Participate in monthly safety meetings, emergency drills, and facility inspections.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of records and reports.
Qualifications
Applicants should have at least one year of full-time experience in a related field, with supervisory experience being preferred. A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required, along with successful completion of background checks.
The starting wage for this position is $15.00 per hour. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the role includes a rotating schedule covering days, evenings, and weekends.
