Turf Distributors is seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Turf products and accessories to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering Turf products and accessories to residential and commercial areas
  • Loading and securing trucks to ensure safe transportation of products
  • Ensuring trucks are in operational condition and products are delivered without damage
  • Unloading products at each stop and verifying orders against paperwork
  • Performing pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
  • Organizing end-of-day paperwork for office administration
  • Lifting 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally
  • Reflecting Artificial Grass Core Values in all business interactions
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of delivery experience, preferably with bulk items
  • 1 year experience as a professional driver
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be eligible for coverage under the company's insurance policy
  • Ability to safely lift 50 lbs without assistance and 100 lbs without assistance
  • Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when needed
  • Familiarity with manual labor and basic tools
  • Basic math skills
Work Environment:
  • This position works predominately outdoors delivering to both residential and commercial areas
  • Directly interacts with customers on a daily basis
  • Early shift 4am start time
Compensation package includes:
  • $21.50/hourly
