Vaco Financial is seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our team in Mercer County, NJ. As a Financial Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of our company, including the month-end close process via Deltek Vantagepoint. You will also be responsible for overseeing billing, accounts receivable, and collections. This is a fully scoped Finance Manager role with a hybrid work schedule and located near Robbinsville, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee small billing and accounting staff
- Day-to-day month-end close via Deltek Vantagepoint
- Oversee general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections
- Submit financial statements to CFO
- Perform budgeting and forecasting
- Assist with payroll
- Maintain internal controls and develop financial strategies
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Deltek, Deltek Vantagepoint, or Deltek Vision experience required
- MBA or CPA a plus
- Construction industry experience preferred
- At least 5 years of financial managerial experience
