Vaco Financial is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team in Mercer County, NJ. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day month-end close process via Deltek Vantagepoint, as well as managing billing, accounts receivable, and collections.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a small team of billing and accounting staff
- Manage the day-to-day month-end close process via Deltek Vantagepoint
- Oversee general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections
- Submit financial statements to the CFO
- Perform budgeting and forecasting
- Assist with payroll
- Maintain internal controls and develop financial strategies
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Deltek, Deltek Vantagepoint, or Deltek Vision experience required
- MBA or CPA a plus
- Construction industry experience preferred
- At least 5 years of financial managerial experience
