Job Title: Canvass Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Canvass Manager to lead our canvassing program in Savannah, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of canvassers to engage with voters in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project leadership to implement a successful door-to-door canvassing operation.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers, including remote training and post-packet debriefings.
  • Work with the project's Training Director to implement and improve the remote training program.
  • Manage a team of canvassers to meet ambitious recruitment, hiring, training, and canvassing goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
  • Access to a strong internet connection, reliable computer, and a cell phone.
  • Strong desire to help turn out Democratic voters.
  • Working knowledge of VoteBuilder and MiniVAN preferred.
  • Prior volunteer or paid canvasser management is a bonus.
