Manufacturing Production Specialist

Rev Group's mission is to design, manufacture, and distribute high-quality emergency response vehicles, cabs, and chassis. To achieve this goal, we're seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with production teams to deliver top-notch products to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble fabricated parts, components, or units at designated stations
  • Mount and install interior/exterior components and hardware accurately
  • Inspect and evaluate safety requirements and manufacturing quality
  • Operate and maintain protective safety equipment effectively
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in various physical conditions
