Seasonal Front-End Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Front-End Cashier to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including ringing sales, handling returns, and counting change.
- Support and promote credit and loyalty programs to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery efforts to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store culture.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with diverse customers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Previous retail customer experience preferred, but not required.
