Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to work with students in Canton, MA on a contractual basis.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language therapy services to students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication disorders and be able to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess students' communication skills and develop treatment plans to address communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to provide speech and language therapy services
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Provide training and support to teachers and staff on communication disorders and strategies for supporting students
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress
Requirements:
  • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in the state of assignment
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
