Speech-Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near Canton, MI. This Full-time position offers a supportive and engaging environment where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of children.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each child.
  • Provide therapy services to children with speech and language disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success and ensure a cohesive approach to education.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to track progress and inform treatment decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Michigan SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
