Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active RN licensure; Compact license preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of state and federal regulations.

  • Audit training content for compliance and effectiveness.
  • Support facilities in achieving high-quality clinical education.
  • Ensure training programs include competencies and practical demonstrations.
  • Assist with annual competency skills fairs.
  • Analyze survey outcomes to identify training needs.
  • Plan and oversee mandatory in-service programs.
  • Maintain programs in accordance with best practice standards.
  • Collaborate with Learning Management Systems for online training expansion.
  • Develop accredited programs for licensure.
  • Review state survey results to inform training and action plans.
  • Facilitate training for specific nursing positions.
  • Coordinate C.N.A. training initiatives.
