Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Program Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities' electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive maintenance program, including routine audits, corrective work, and predictive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, and develop and implement cost-effective solutions.
  • Administer programs such as thermography, vibration analysis, and lubricant oil monitoring to ensure safe operation and high equipment reliability.
  • Conduct root cause failure analysis, equipment criticality ranking, and PM/Pd.M. optimization to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
  • Manage and maintain our campus computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Marine, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, and/or engineering, with a focus on reliability and maintenance.
  • Experience with predictive maintenance technologies, including vibration analysis, oil analysis, infrared thermography, and motor current analysis.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles applied to design, operation, and maintenance of building structures and mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with peers and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Plant Engineer or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional.
  • Experience working in a life sciences or R&D lab environment.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems, such as Angus, Corrigo, or Maximo.
