Job Description:

Incredible Health is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Anesthesiologist Nurse to join our team in Richmond, VA.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for CRNA certified professionals with experience in various areas to advance their careers and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care in a Level 1 trauma center.

Responsibilities:
  • Preoperative Assessments: Conduct thorough preoperative assessments to develop anesthesia plans and obtain informed consent from patients.
  • Anesthesia Administration: Administer general or local anesthesia, sedatives, and pain management medication as per physician's orders.
  • Vital Sign Monitoring: Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels during surgery to ensure patient safety and comfort.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of anesthesia administration, adhering to hospital protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree in nurse anesthesia from an accredited program.
  • A current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
  • An active state license as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and good standing with the medical board.
  • BLS and ACLS certification.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $119,000 to $151,000, offering a competitive compensation package that reflects the value of your expertise and dedication to delivering exceptional patient care.
