Togetherhood is a rapidly growing company with a strong social mission to provide children's enrichment and education services. We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the evolution of our core products.
Job Summary
We invite you to shape the future of our innovative products as a Product Designer at Togetherhood. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will design best-in-class user experiences that solve customer needs or impact KPIs. Your expertise in designing for responsive web and mobile platforms will be crucial in delivering user-centered solutions that drive engagement.
Responsibilities
- User Experience Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance the user experience and meet the needs of after school directors & enrichment providers.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct user/market, usability, and competitive design research to deepen your understanding of customer needs and inform design decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to drive measurable UX decisions and ensure Togetherhood's brand identity is integrated into all features.
- Design Tools and Software: Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite and a basic understanding of front-end development principles.
- Internal QA Tests: Conduct internal QA tests to ensure deliveries meet initial design specifications.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Product Designer with a successful portfolio.
- Design Skills: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to advocate for the user, and familiarity with designing for responsive web and mobile platforms.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
