Job Overview:
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing strategic direction in the sales process and the transition to delivery of intricate solutions that encompass multiple products and services, ensuring a coherent strategy for product integration.
  • Influencing senior management in product development regarding the enterprise-level innovation roadmap.
  • Supporting Product Leaders with business insights, consultative guidance, and knowledge enhancement.
  • Leading solutions for complex requests for proposals (RFPs) that necessitate collaboration and input from various Client divisions.
  • Creating design specifications, infrastructure diagrams, and other system-related documentation.
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company's solutions, products, and services.
  • Engaging extensively with development teams, enterprise/software architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Utilizing advanced analytical skills to address corporate strategy needs, comprehend technology specifics, and understand the interconnections within business operations.
  • Demonstrating strong documentation skills by detailing solutions for the overall domain area, including current, interim, and target states.
  • Presenting architectural solutions for review by the architecture board and tracking any outstanding items.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience in large-scale IT system development, design, and implementation, showcasing project management, resource management, business analysis, and leadership capabilities. Familiarity with hardware, software, and network systems is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Front-end/UI architecture and product development, with robust consultative and strategic sales support skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience architecting solutions on modern technology stacks, leveraging microservices, cloud, and data using domain-driven design techniques. Experience with Java-based microservices and Kafka for event streaming is preferred.
  • Experience in architecting a unified digital platform across web and mobile, including card-based payments, digital banking platforms, core banking, and merchant solutions.
  • Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
  • Mainframe experience is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with high emotional intelligence, capable of listening, advising, empathizing, and explaining to diverse audiences at all levels.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to recognize connections between various layers of business operations.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
