About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead our development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process, ensuring timely delivery, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee development activities for multiple teams in a.NET/C#/Angular/Azure environment
  • Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Testing teams to identify priorities and requirements
  • Collaborate with senior management and architects to determine functional and non-functional requirements
  • Review development activities and ensure on-time project delivery
  • Conduct regular code reviews, deployment activities, and troubleshoot production issues
  • Involved in hiring and team management, providing goals and objectives to teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
  • Experience in building applications using Microservices and SOA Architectures
  • Experience in developing MV* types of applications and a thorough knowledge of the.NET framework
  • Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
  • Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods
  • Experience developing Restful web services using Web API and.NET Core
  • Experience with developing web applications using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and Object-Oriented Technologies
  • Experience developing Single Page Applications (SPA) using Angular 7.0/+
  • Experience using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, jQuery, and TypeScript
  • Understanding of software quality assurance principles
  • Certification in Microsoft Azure solutions architecture is a plus
