Your Role: As an Admissions Advisor, you will assist individuals interested in education and ACI Tech Academy through a structured process to assess their suitability for enrollment in our programs. You will provide insights about the admissions process, share information regarding ACI Tech Academy, and support candidates in making informed choices about their educational and professional journeys. This role demands integrity, ethical standards, and a genuine enthusiasm for facilitating growth through learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students.
  • Clearly outline the criteria for success in ACI Tech Academy's programs.
  • Evaluate incoming inquiries through the interview process.
  • Reconnect with candidates who miss scheduled meetings to arrange future appointments.
  • Confirm appointments ahead of the scheduled time.
  • Follow up with candidates who did not proceed in the enrollment process to address any concerns.
  • Act as the primary contact for prospective students, offering guidance on ACI Tech Academy programs, admission criteria, and application procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospective student interactions, applications, and admissions outcomes using a CRM system.
  • Conduct candidate tours in accordance with compliance standards set by regulatory bodies.
  • Achieve certification as a candidate tour guide by successfully completing a practical assessment.
  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and utilize outbound communication methods to meet contact rate expectations.
  • Availability for occasional evening or weekend events may be required.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned at management's discretion.

Essential Qualifications: Experience in admissions or sales, with 1-2 years preferred.
