Role Summary: The Admissions Advisor plays a crucial role in guiding individuals interested in education and ACI Tech Academy through a structured process to assess their eligibility for enrollment in our educational programs. This position involves providing comprehensive information about ACI Tech Academy and assisting candidates in making informed decisions regarding their academic and career paths. A strong sense of integrity and a genuine passion for facilitating personal growth through education are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students.
  • Clearly articulate the requirements for success in ACI Tech Academy's programs.
  • Evaluate incoming inquiries through a thorough interview process.
  • Reconnect with candidates who miss scheduled meetings to arrange future appointments.
  • Confirm appointments ahead of the scheduled time.
  • Follow up with candidates who did not proceed in the enrollment process to address any concerns.
  • Act as the primary contact for prospective students, offering insights and guidance on ACI Tech Academy programs, admission criteria, and application procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospective student interactions, applications, and admissions outcomes using a CRM system.
  • Conduct candidate tours in accordance with compliance standards set by regulatory agencies.
  • Achieve certification as a candidate tour guide by passing a practical assessment.
  • Respond promptly to incoming leads and utilize outbound communication to meet contact rate expectations.
  • Availability for occasional evening or weekend events may be required.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

Essential Experience: Previous admissions or sales experience, ideally 1-2 years.

  • Capability to simplify complex product features into clear and engaging language.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence.

  • Adaptability to think quickly and explore new approaches in challenging situations.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying prospects and building referral networks.
  • Solid understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
