Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mold Press Machine Operator to join our team at Parallel Employment Group. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the mold press machine in our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate the mold press machine to mold and shape products.
  • Work with a skilled team to ensure efficient and accurate production of high-quality products.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to maintain the smooth operation of the machine.
  • Remove parts, clean the machine with air, and apply a no-stick coating as needed.
  • Inspect and package parts for shipping.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility to work in various departments.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks that require twisting, turning, and lifting.

Work Schedule:

All three shifts are available, with competitive hourly rates:

  • 1st shift: $16.25 per hour.
  • 2nd and 3rd shifts: $17.50 per hour.
