Your primary responsibility will be to extract water and mold-affected materials from properties in distress. Utilizing an array of specialized equipment, technology, and tools, you will work to mitigate damage and restore properties to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate with your team to ensure clarity on tasks and locations.
  • Ensure that your team's work meets our high standards.
  • Address issues arising from water or mold damage and remove affected materials.
  • Perform precise demolition using both hand and power tools.
  • Maintain friendly and professional communication with team members and clients.
  • Operate a company vehicle safely to and from job sites, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Promote and sell DRIRITE services as the Lead Mitigation Technician.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technician role.
  • Willingness to work overtime and on some holidays.
  • IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation are preferred.
  • Experience in plumbing, demolition, water mitigation, or carpentry is advantageous but not essential.
