Alterations Specialist

The Alterations Specialist position at Buckle LLC is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while performing a variety of operational tasks to support the execution of alterations in the store. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform quality alterations on merchandise at store location
• Follow ticket instructions and markings based on Guest specifications
• Accommodate Guests with on the spot alterations when requested by Store Leaders
• Meet deadlines and Guest expectations for merchandise alterations

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related sewing, fitting, and alteration experience and/or training
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver 30lbs throughout the store and backroom

The Alterations Specialist will work in a retail store setting with a moderate noise level. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
