Job Title: Registered Nurse

Clearsky Rehabilitation Hosp is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic and thriving healthcare organization. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient-centered care and making a real difference in people's lives.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will provide professional nursing care to patients within their assigned unit, responsible for patient assessments, planning, supervising, interventions, and evaluations designed to prevent complications of physical disability, restoring optimal functioning, and helping the patient adapt to an altered lifestyle.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement identified plan of care and contribute to the appropriate development, maintenance, and update of that plan.
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions, completing all documentation in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and delegate care and treatments with the interdisciplinary team, notifying proper personnel of real or potential problems with patient issues and quality and/or appropriateness of care.
  • Provide timely and adequate supervision to LPNs/LVNs and Nursing Aides/Techs, performing supervisory Charge Nurse responsibilities as assigned.
  • Identify patient and family learning needs, teaching patient and families using effective teaching methods and documents accordingly.
  • Provide timely assistance with urgent and emergency situations, i.e., Code Blue and Rapid Response.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program required.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
  • One (1) year recent experience preferred. Acute care setting preferred.
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
  • Current CPR Certification required. ACLS certification preferred. Required if in Charge Nurse role.
  • CRRN certification preferred.
