Job Overview

This is a dynamic opportunity to join Concept Laboratories as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist in our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cosmetic and personal care product manufacturing, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with gathering and tracking raw material documents.
  • Obtain technical/regulatory documentation from raw material vendors and follow up regularly for updates.
  • Prepare documentations related to IL, SDS, QQ.
  • Adding raw material ingredient functions to QQ forms.
  • Collecting and tracking paperwork to code raw materials.
  • Submitting necessary registration forms as required on a timely basis.
  • Assist with MOCRA product listing registration.
  • Assist with WERCS registration.
  • Enter regulatory and safety information of raw materials into Ecomundo.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in science, preferably chemistry, biochemistry, or microbiology.
  • Experience in cosmetic or contract manufacturing a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, or Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience a plus.
