Salary:

$66,560 - $85,000 Yearly Salary


Job Description:

This role will involve working closely with the Chief People and Culture Officer to provide guidance on regulations such as HIPAA, OSHA, credentialing, and emergency preparedness.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, high integrity, and the ability to work under deadlines.

They will also be responsible for developing and updating compliance policies, conducting audits and risk assessments, and championing staff training and development in compliance best practices.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance and best practices.
  • Develop and update compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
  • Champion staff training and development in compliance.
  • Guide and consult operational teams on compliance matters.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
  • Work Experience:
  • At least 5 years in healthcare operations, compliance support, or a related field.
  • Skill Set:
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, especially HIPAA and OSHA.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
