About the Position
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a renowned academic hospital and contribute to the advancement of patient care and surgical outcomes. The successful candidate will direct the Surgical Pathology Gross Room and Histology laboratories with the support of 24 surgical pathologists across two hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Lead 2 critical laboratories that support the division of surgical pathology, shaping the future of pathology at a renowned academic hospital
- Collaborate with a robust team of 24 surgical pathologists, providing comprehensive coverage across two hospitals
- Thrive in a collegial, supportive, robust environment that values teamwork and professional growth
- Engage in active collaborative research programs, fostering innovation and academic excellence
- Offer clinical subspecialty services, enhancing patient care and surgical outcomes
- Deliver impactful classroom and clinical teaching to students and residents
