• Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team

• Analyze operational trends and implement process improvements

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and employee performance

• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

• Identify and address operational issues, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or food service management

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
