Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to take on the role of Slope Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor. This position is integral to the Vehicle Maintenance department, which is tasked with ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of all vehicles and heavy equipment used at our resort.

Key Responsibilities
As the Slope Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor, your primary duties will include:
  • Overseeing shop floor mechanics and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Managing the maintenance and repair schedules for all equipment.
  • Maintaining an accurate inventory of parts and supplies.
  • Documenting and managing repair orders using NAPA TRACS.
  • Conducting performance evaluations for shop mechanics and reporting staff.
  • Operating equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assisting in the parts room as necessary.
  • Ensuring the shop area is clean and organized.
  • Complying with all regulatory and company standards.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of mechanical experience, with a focus on heavy equipment.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with team members and management.
  • Experience operating snowcats and other specialized vehicles.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
