Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in our CVICU department. As a CVICU Nurse, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and exceed our patients' expectations.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with cardiac, thoracic, and vascular conditions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patients' vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current Texas Nursing License
- American Heart Association BLS
- ACLS
- 2 years of recent relevant nursing experience
