- Document Patient Progress: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, including progress notes and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Communicate effectively with Physical Therapists, medical professionals, and other healthcare personnel to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Perform Related Duties: Assist with various tasks and responsibilities as required to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Licensure: Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in New York State, plus specialized certifications as needed.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
