Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to our clients, ensuring we are their preferred choice for security solutions.
- Oversee onsite projects, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
- Install, program, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various security systems, including intrusion detection and life safety systems.
- Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to execute installation procedures independently.
- Operate systems to demonstrate equipment, commission new systems, and analyze performance.
- Utilize troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in malfunctioning equipment or software.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address complex operational challenges.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company health and safety policies.
- Contribute to the development of customer presentations and business development activities.
- Manage technical aspects of multiple projects, including programming, testing, and customer training.
- Work closely with project managers and service coordinators to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential project risks and assist in developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Proven technical expertise in electronic security and intrusion systems.
- Excellent programming and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude, including proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and relevant applications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel locally to job sites regularly.
