Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Analyze plant downtime, quality, safety, and financial data to identify areas of focus for the maintenance and operations teams.
- Conduct and coordinate failure investigations, including analyzing failure mechanisms and implementing solutions to improve reliability, quality, safety, and financial performance.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or similar Engineering Degree (or 20 years of experience).
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience with industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point, Maximo.
