Payroll Auditor

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Intern to join our team at Veeco. As a Payroll Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll auditing, processing, and analysis using industry-leading systems such as ADP and SAP Time and Attendance.

### Key Responsibilities

* Support payroll auditing and ensure compliance with our payroll process policies
* Assist with requests from internal and external audit teams on ADP payroll processing and results
* Assist with biweekly ADP payroll processing, including employee profile maintenance, supplemental wage requests, and special projects
* Create reports, prepare analyses, and report results of various work activities
* Build and maintain professional relationships with various Veeco colleagues

### Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in an Accounting or Finance program with a minimum overall GPA of 3.2 (or equivalent)
* Skilled in MS Word and Excel
* Ability to work 10-20 hours per week while in school and up to 40 hours per week during breaks (summer/winter)
* Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
