Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to learn about auditing employee hours and wages paid using the ADP payroll system and gain valuable experience using SAP Time and Attendance. You'll work closely with the senior manager of corporate payroll and develop your auditing, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Support payroll auditing using SAP Time and Attendance modules while ensuring compliance with our payroll process policies.
  • Assist with requests from internal and external audit teams on ADP payroll processing and results.
  • Assist with biweekly ADP payroll processing, including employee profile maintenance, supplemental wage requests, and special projects.
  • Create reports, prepare analyses, and report results of various work activities.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with various Veeco colleagues.
Requirements
  • Must be enrolled in an Accounting or Finance program with at least an overall G.P.A. of 3.2 (or equivalent).
  • Skilled in MS Word/Excel.
  • Ability to work 10-20 hours per week while in school and up to 40 hours per week during breaks summer/winter breaks.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
