Salary: $25 - $30 per hour

Based on the job requirements and location, we estimate the salary range to be between $50,000 and $65,000 per year.

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing efficient, accurate, and timely support to the sales team. The Sales Coordinator will assist with various tasks, including sales and supplier support, report preparation, meeting organization, product knowledge development, and relationship building with employees, customers, and suppliers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist executives, sales managers, and other team members with clerical duties.
  • Manage access to multiple external sales portals.
  • Process sales orders from internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and supplier meetings.
  • Generate and prepare sales-related reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Maintain internal sales databases and spreadsheets for current information and accuracy.
  • Gather data from multiple sources and follow up on delegated tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Maintain procedures manuals to ensure consistent performance of routines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Beverage distribution support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) and Route Accounting Software.
  • Ability to assist with travel arrangements and expenses through Concur.
  • Familiarity with accounting payment processing and GL coding.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze data and compile statistical information for presentations.
  • Detailed-oriented problem-solving ability and strong organizational skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations.
