Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacy Clerk to join our growing team in Aiea, Hawaii.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely medication distribution to patients for pick-up or delivery
• Process and collect payments accurately
• Operate the register with precision
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and providers while maintaining confidentiality
• Answer phone calls efficiently and route patient calls correctly
• Make reminder calls to patients as needed
• Fulfill tasks with a focus on efficiency and meeting deadlines
• Enter prescription information into the computer system promptly
• Maintain a clean and safe pharmacy environment by adhering to procedures and regulations
• Compile reports by collecting and summarizing relevant data
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and be flexible to support the dynamic needs of the company

Requirements:

• Holds a valid driver's license in the State of Hawaii
• Possesses an acceptable driving record
• Degree equivalent to High School Diploma or GED Certification
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ease in using technology for communication, record-keeping, and data management
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications. Estimated salary may vary based on factors such as location and industry standards.
