Job Description

The Digital Media Operations Manager will support critical media management functions for onsite advertising at The Home Depot's operations. This individual will work in a cross-functional team to support onsite media deployment for vendor partners. Responsibilities include managing campaign setup within internal platforms, supporting QC/deployment reviews, confirming campaigns align with best practices, and ensuring internal & external stakeholders are engaged in operations as needed.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze onsite advertising operations performance metrics to identify potential optimization opportunities (15%)
  • Support all aspects of campaign production for onsite media offerings, including ad unit development, campaign creation, trafficking tags & creative, targeting implementation, and campaign QC (50%)
  • Coordinate with media strategy managers & broader media team to define file / delivery requirements (10%)
  • Support QA, troubleshooting, and capability documentation of onsite offering (10%)
  • Collect insertion orders from vendor management teams and import orders to internal self-serve onsite media platform (15%)

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
