We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at The Children's Garden Downtown. As a Lead Educator, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assessing and documenting student progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with our educational philosophy and standards
  • Plan and execute engaging activities that promote learning and development
  • Assess and document student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education
  • AA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
