Lead Teacher

Foster a love of learning in young minds as a Lead Teacher at KinderCare Education. Our centers provide a nurturing environment where children can grow and thrive, and we're seeking dedicated professionals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor less experienced teachers, providing guidance and support to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
- Implement our research-backed curriculum, adapting it to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Create a safe and engaging environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Build strong relationships with parents, working together to provide the best possible care and education for their children.
- Contribute to the success of our centers, partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
- Approved state trainer (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
- Ability to use a computer, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
- Capacity to make physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
