We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a Janitor, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouse floors, offices, break rooms, and restrooms.
  • Empty trash in all areas of the warehouse as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor trash disposal areas and the outside grounds.
  • Support all sanitation programs and food safety programs.
  • Perform routine sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing of floors.
  • Strip and wax office floors as needed.
  • Respond to calls over radio.
  • Clean warehouse racking and within individual slots of damaged product, spills, broken cases, and pallets.
  • Sweep, vacuum, and mop restroom and break room floors, and clean restroom fixtures routinely.
  • Restock paper towels and toilet paper as needed.
  • Clean carpets and dust as needed.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a variety of temperatures and environments.
