Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily front-of-house operations at our restaurant in Statesville, NC. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and experience in managing teams.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience.
  • Train, supervise, and schedule team members (hosts, servers, bartenders) to maintain high performance and achieve goals.
  • Develop strategies to enhance guest experiences, from seating arrangements to flow management, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally, delivering quick and effective resolutions that exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with the back-of-the-house team to guarantee seamless service and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Recruit, hire, and build a strong front-of-the-house team, focusing on quality, service, and growth.
  • Maintain the restaurant's ambiance and appearance, ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience in hospitality or food service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
  • Experience in staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • The confidence to handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
