Job Responsibilities

As an LPN at IntelyCare, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering post-acute care to patients
  • Monitoring vital signs and tracking physical and mental wellbeing
  • Performing intakes, documenting health concerns, and reviewing medical records
  • Administering medications and maintaining medical supplies
  • Contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • A minimum of one year's experience as an LPN or in a related role
