Seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in the vibrant community of Wernersville, PA. As an Early Childhood Speech Therapist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children in preschool and daycare settings.
Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per year
This role requires a Master's degree in Communications Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology and a Pennsylvania SLP license. Prior experience working with schools or pediatrics is strongly preferred.
Job Description:As a Speech-Language Pathologist in this setting, you will conduct assessments to determine a child's level of speech therapy needs, update progress reports, and consult with staff and parents to reinforce therapy. You will also provide additional community resources to support children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct informal and standardized assessments to determine a child's level of speech therapy needs
- Update progress reports and communicate with families and staff on a child's progress
- Write reports based on evaluation results, in accordance with state and federal mandates
- Consult with staff and parents about activities outside of speech sessions to reinforce therapy
- Provide additional community resources to support children and their families
- Master's degree in Communications Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- Pennsylvania SLP license
- Prior schools or pediatrics experience strongly preferred
