Job Title: HVAC Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Vanguard Resources Inc. in Austin, TX.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs, internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications, and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain utilities, including HVAC, and perform skilled work in maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment.
  • Maintain filters and replace drive belts, troubleshoot refrigerant and electrical control circuits, and install new equipment.
  • Perform brazing of copper fittings and refrigerant recovery, and operate a variety of motorized equipment and hand-held tools.
  • Cross-train with staff in other areas to ensure continuity of departmental operations and attend all meetings and trainings as required.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of HVAC experience and a high school diploma or GED.
  • Current universal EPA certification and HVAC Class A license required.
  • Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle search required.
