Management Faculty Position

The successful candidate will teach courses on innovation management, technology management, and digital transformation. They will also have research interests in the management of innovation in a digital age, including topics such as the future of work, innovation processes, technological change, technology strategy, and the impact of emerging technologies on organizational work and structures.
Responsibilities include teaching, research, and service. The successful candidate will be expected to teach on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and/or online, and will be held to the standards and requirements of the college and department in which they are housed for recommending tenure and promotion.
We seek a candidate with a Ph.D. in Management, Innovation Management, Technology Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, or a closely related field. The ideal candidate will have excellence in, or clear potential for, university-level in-person teaching and creating a student-centered learning environment. They will also have evidence of, or clear potential for, conducting and publishing original research on the management of innovation and technology in peer-reviewed journals.
Preferred qualifications include experience in teaching and research, as well as a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the academic excellence of the department and the university, and to engage in service to the department, college, and university.
