Position Overview:
This role is essential in ensuring a smooth operation at Montrose Memorial Hospital. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
2. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
3. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
4. Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.

Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent patient care. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
