About the Role

SBM Management Services is seeking a highly skilled Custodial Lead to oversee the daily operations of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees within the assigned program, including custodial, clean room, recycling, moves, and maintenance.
  • Training and Development: Assist with training employees in tasks, safety protocols, and company policies and procedures.
  • Work Activity Coordination: Monitor and coordinate work activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit written reports, such as pass-downs, weekly, and monthly reports, as required.
  • Quality and Safety Inspections: Conduct regular quality and safety inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Track and manage equipment, supplies, and inventory levels.
  • Equipment and Supply Issuance: Issue equipment and supplies to employees as needed.
  • Employee Monitoring: Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment.
  • Reporting and Corrective Action: Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisors and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Accident and Incident Reporting: Report accidents and incidents to supervisors immediately.
  • Recommendations for Improvement: Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including training, inspections, and data collection.
Requirements
  • Experience and Education: One to three months' related experience and/or training; High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Driver's License and Vehicle: Valid driver's license and personal vehicle registered in applicant's name.
  • Computer Skills: Ability to use a computer and utilize basic functions.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Good written and verbal skills, excellent customer service, time management skills, and training abilities.
  • Leadership Experience: Lead experience, cleaning experience, and bilingual skills are highly desirable.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to split responsibilities between both facilities depending on needs.
Work Schedule

Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Compensation

$17.00 per hour
