Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement total nursing care for patients by assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care plans.
  • Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
  • Develop systems to provide care to a population including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a med surg setting.
  • Must be able to work some of the holidays while on assignment.
  • Recent traveler experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to obtain NIH after offer.
Profile Requirements
  • Work History.
  • Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty.
  • 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years.
  • Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS - AHA, NIH, ACLS - AHA Preferred).
  • Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates at a reduced rate).
Certification Requirements
  • NIH.
  • BLS (AHA).
State License Requirements
  • Oklahoma.
Additional License Requirements

Weekend Requirements: As needed.

On Call Requirements: No Call.
